The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with a winding stair to the master bedroom and bathroom. All the main rooms have large terraces facing directly south to the sea. The villa has been extensively renovated in recent years. The lounge has a flat-screen HD TV, Sky+ HD satellite, multi-region DVD player and Sony Playstation 2.

There is a ‘boules’ pitch and a large communal pool in the landscaped grounds, and the famous Miramar Beach Hotel with its gourmet restaurant is only a 3-minute walk away. Another five minutes takes you to the beach and marina at La Figueirette, which has a range of restaurants. The villa is also on the edge of the Esterel mountains with its magnificent walking and biking trails.

The nearest shops (and market) are only a five minute drive to Theoule, which also has a wonderful choice of restaurants and beaches.

If you grow tired of sitting, lying, eating and drinking on the main patio, the living room has a state-of-the-art Home Cinema system with Bose sound. There is also an 8mb broadband connection.
